Revision of Deposit Arrangement

Requirement of deposit / transfer

 

To enhance our anti-money laundering measures, with effective from 6 November 2019, our company does not accept any cash deposits.

 

Besides, starting from 1 January 2020, clients are required to register a bank account with our company as the designated bank account (one or more bank accounts can be registered) before depositing fund into our company’s bank account via bank transfer and / or counter deposit. After bank transfer or deposit, please provide a copy of transfer / deposit advice slip by fax to +852 2907-6938 or +852 2541-2018, by email to cs@cinda.com.hk, or to your Account Executive to prove that the fund transfer is from your designated bank account.

 

For cheque deposit, please provide a copy of cheque issued by clients (we do NOT accept cheques issued by third parties).

 

We may not be able to facilitate your deposit / transfer request if cash deposit was received or a valid proof of the deposit / transfer was failed to be provided. It may be rejected at our discretion and in such circumstances, we will return the deposit without interest as soon as it is practicable. Clients shall also be personally liable to all costs and/or any loss incurred therefrom.

 

Registration of Designated Bank Account

 

If you wish to register a designated bank account, please download the form via our company website http://www.cinda.com.hk/attachment/form_download/pdf/14472104927zoV1.pdf , fill in and return the duly signed form with a copy of bank statement or passbook (the document must be in full and bank account name and bank account number must be shown) to our Customer Service Department by email to cs@cinda.com.hk, by fax to +852 2235-7878 or by post to 45th Floor, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong (Customer Service Department). Please make sure the designated bank account name is the same as that of the verification documents provided to us during account opening.
