- Copy of identity card or valid passport of the applicant
- Copy of the witness’s identity card or valid passport (witness should be lawyer / accountant / bank manager)
- Copy of witness’s occupation certificate or name card
- Residential address proof issued in recent three months of the applicant
- Correspondence address proof if it is different from the residential address

Upon receiving account opening documents, our Business Support will call the applicant to confirm the application and complete the account opening process within two business days. The account number will be mailed to the applicant and he/she will be informed his/her client password by SMS message of mobile phone within one or two business days after account opening.
- Client can use the account number on the confirmation letter for account opening to login the E-trade platform. The password will be sent to client by SMS through client's registered mobile number. Client password should be kept confidential. If client forgot or lost his password, he must inform our business support Team immediately and request for a new password. Client can only login his account after receiving his new password.
- E-Trade account is only limited to cash securities dealing. Client should ensure that his account has sufficient fund before placing an order. Cheque will not be recorded in client’s account within the same day of deposit. It will only be deposited into client’s account until it is honored by bank. Interest will be given for account balance exceeding HK$10,000 (according to Bank of China Saving Interest Rate).
- The monthly charge for E-Trade account (including account enquiry and real-time quotes) is HK$350. The charges will be deducted from the account one month in advance. For new account opened for less than ten trading days within a month, the monthly charge will be waived for that month. For new account opened for more than ten trading days but less than a month, a fee of HK$175 will be charged for that month.
- Please contact our company regarding securities dealing charges including commission, relevant trading fees and other service charges.
- HK$100 will be charged for every executed order placed through telephone service.
- To close E-Trade account, client is required to give one-month notice to our company in writing.
