Cinda International has become a chartered signatory of the “Mental Health Workplace Charter” and the “Joyful@Healthy Workplace Charter” which are implemented jointly by the Department of Health, the Labour Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Council. Cinda International is awarded the “Joyful@Healthy Workplace Charter” Best Practices Award and also awarded the “Mental Health Friendly Organisation” logo for two years from 21 April 2021 to 20 April 2023.
The “Mental Health Friendly Organisation” logo recognised Cinda International in actively promoting mental well-being at workplace including a respectful and positive environment while the "Joyful@Healthy Workplace" Best Practices Award recognised Cinda International actively allocating resources on the organisation of activities for promoting “Healthy Eating", "Physical Activity" and "Mental Well-being".
Cinda International will continue to implement good human resource management practices and promote the corporate culture of caring employees.
