Cinda International “Caring for Elderly Event 2021”

Cinda International used to visit the elderly annually but the event was suspended last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year, with the pandemic being under control, Cinda International actively held the “Caring for Elderly Event” again before the Mid-Autumn Festival.
A team of 17 volunteers, including Mr. Zhang Yi and Mr. Dickson Lau, the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Cinda International respectively, arrived at the Chinese Methodist Church early on the event day for preparation and had a joyful morning with 60 seniors.
The theme of the event this year was “Enjoy a Low Carbon Mid-Autumn Festival”. Through games of passing lanterns, rapping, drawing and singing songs, Cinda International brought message of environmental protection to the elderly while celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival. At last, volunteers distributed a bag of souvenirs to each of the seniors and took a group photo with them to conclude the event successfully.
Cinda International will continue to actively organize various social welfare activities and will also encourage active participation by the employees to help people in need.
