Cinda International Capital Limited (“CICL”) is the investment-banking arm of the Cinda Group. CICL is a Hong Kong corporation licensed under section 116 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance to provide services in securities dealing and advisory on corporate finance. CICL provides a wide range of financial advisory services to companies, including:

• acting as sponsor for listing applicants for initial public offerings (“IPO”) of their shares to be listed on the Main Board or Growth Enterprise Market (”GEM”) Board of the Stock Exchange;
• acting as placing agent for pre-IPO and post-IPO fund raising exercises (both equity and debt financing); and
• providing of financial advisory services to listed companies (as financial advisor) or independent financial advisory services to the independent board committee and independent shareholders of listed companies (as independent financial advisor) in relation to mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisation, debt restructuring and other notifiable transactions.
