On 18 June 2009, Cinda International signed the strategic cooperation agreement with Hunan Xingxiang Investment Co. Ltd., which was established by Hunan Xingxiang State-owned Assets Operation Co., Ltd. They were professional on investment, concentrating and aiming to enhance the industrial transformation and economic development of Hunan so that to support the reformation of state-owned enterprise. Being a gangplank for Hunan enterprise, Cinda International will provide a platform and a series of services for entering the international capital market.
Mr. Chen Xiao Zhou (in the middle of the second row), Chairman of Cinda International, Mr. Mo De Wang (the 5th from the right of the second row), Chairman of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People’s Government of Hunan Provincial and all guests witnessed this historical moment. Mr. Zhao Hong Wei, Managing Director of Cinda International (the right of the first row) and Mr. He Liu (the left of the first row), Chairman of Hunan Xingxiang Investment Co. Ltd signed the agreement.
